Return and Refund Process:

Our return and refund policy is based on the policies of the specific supplier of the product you purchase. When you buy an item from our store, the return and refund conditions of the supplier who manufactures that product will apply.

For example: If you purchase a product from Star Micronics, the Star Micronics return and refund policies will be followed. If you purchase a product from another supplier, the return terms for that specific supplier will apply, but refund we will provide from our end manually once you meet return policy. Each supplier has its own guidelines for returns, refunds, and warranties, so it’s important to familiarize yourself with those before making a purchase.

General Return Guidelines:

  • All returns must be requested within the time frame specified by the supplier (typically within 30 days of receiving the product).

  • The product must be in its original, unused, and unmodified condition.
